How can I return my order?
Returns from inside Europe. You can easily return your products within 14 days, as long as they are unworn and undamaged, with the labels attached and packed in the original packaging. Please note!: It's not possible to return more orders in 1 packag
Can I return multiple orders at once?
No, it is not possible to return multiple orders in 1 package. Please sign in each order separately, in our return portal and ship them separately as well.
Can I exchange my order?
No, unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your online order for another item or size. You can return the item and place a new order.
Can I return my online order in-store?
No, online orders cannot be returned in our brand stores.
Can I return discounted items?
Yes, discounted items can be returned under the same conditions as "full price" items.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund within 14 workingdays after we receive your return package, refunded via the original payment method.
How does a refund work with a discount code?
A discount code is applied per product. In case of a refund, the discount will be recalculated per product. If you keep any products, the discount remains applicable to those items.
How does a refund work with a gift card?
For returns, the amount is refunded to the same gift card, which can then be reused. If you paid partially with a gift card and partially with cash, the gift card is credited first, and the remaining amount is refunded in euros.
