Welcome and birthday vouchers will not be reissued if an item is returned or exchanged. 

Are you returning one or more items? Then you will receive a refund of the amount

that you actually paid for these items, including the discount deducted from the voucher.

Exchanges are only possible in our stores. Here you can simply exchange your

for another item of equal value.
