Returns from inside Europe

You can easily return your products within 14 days, as long as they are unworn and undamaged, with the labels attached and packed in the original packaging.

Please follow the steps below to return your order:

1. Place the items in the original packaging and shipping box.

2. Go to the return portal: https://summumwoman.returnista.com/

3. Follow the steps in the return portal and pay for the return label.

4. Print the label and attach it to the box, or use the QR code at the nearest drop-off point of the selected carrier.

Returns from outside Europe

You can easily return your products within 14 days, as long as they are unworn and undamaged, with the labels attached and packed in the original packaging.

Please follow the steps below to return your order:

1. Place the items in the original packaging and shipping box.

2. Go to the return portal: https://summumwoman.returnista.com/

3. Follow the steps in the return portal to sign in the return. 

4. Go to the carrier of your choice and purchase a return label there. The costs are at your own expense.

Please note!: It is not possible to send multiple orders in one box.
